基本职责的简要说明（附职位说明）:
Brief description of responsibilities (Attach Position Description)
 负责分管零部件的制造工艺，包括新工艺方法的开发，新品工艺的开发。
Responsible for manufacturing process of relevant part/assembly, including to
explore new process methods, and to develop process for VPI product.
 编制工艺文件，现场指导工艺方法的实施和解决工艺问题。
Compile various process documents, instruct operator how to implement document
ed process and solve process problems in shopfloor.
 负责新工装、工具的设计、选型、采购和调试使用。
Responsible for designing, selection, procurement and adjustment/commission of
special jig&fixture and various tools.
 对工艺过程进行持续改进
Responsible for continuous improvement of the process.
 参与新设备采购过程，包括设备选型调研、技术交流和设备的验收。
Participate in new equipment procurement process, from equipment investigation
/selection, technical communication, to acceptance of the equipment.
 对产品工艺文件的准确性、完整性和一致性负责，参与工艺纪律检查，确保工艺
文件实施的准确性。
Responsible for accuracy, integrality and consistency of process documents. In
volve in weekly process audit, to ensure right implementation of process docum
ent.
 参与跨职能小组活动，如新品小组、降风险小组和工厂技术会议等。
Participate in cross-functional team activities, such as VPI team, risk reduct
ion team and Plant Technical Meeting etc.
专业知识和技能、能力要求：
Special knowledge skill and ability requirement
 良好的制造工艺基础，熟悉数控编程和程序的调试, 熟悉装配工具、装配工艺的
设计和线体的控制系统。
Good manufacturing knowledge, be familiar with CNC program and program debuggi
ng, be familiar with assembly tools and assembly process design and line contr
ol system
 了解增压器的工作原理，了解相关零件的功能
Understanding turbocharger working principle and functions of relevant compone
nts
 熟悉APQP/PPAP程序，了解SPC和MSA等质量工具
Be familiar with APQP/PPAP procedures, know how to use quality tools, for exam
ples, SPC, MSA etc
 流利的英语交流和书写能力
Fluent reading and communication in English, good communication skill
 良好的计算机办公软件的应用能力，能熟练使用AutoCad绘图
Good ability of using office software (Word/Excel/Powerpoint etc), be able to
draw with AutoCad software.

• 负责增压器和零部件的包装方法设计，包括PPAP样机发运包装方法的设计。
Responsible for turbos and components package approach design, , including pro
totype and PPAP samples package design for delivery.
• 负责包装BOM的维护和管理。
Responsible for package BOM maintenance and management.
• 编制工艺文件，现场指导工艺方法的实施和解决工艺问题。对工艺过程进行持续
改进
Compile package process documents, instruct operator how to implement document
ed process and solve process problems in shopfloor. Responsible for continuous

• 负责包装工装、工具的设计、选型、采购和调试使用。

专业知识和技能、能力要求：
• 良好的工艺基础，精通设计。熟悉零件的包装方法，有一定的包装设计经验。
